A few things to know
Arrival/Departure: We are pleased to accept arrivals after 4pm or another time by prior arrangement. On the day of departure guests are kindly asked to vacate their bedrooms by 10.00am and 9:30am for the apartment..
Deposits: To secure a room we require a one night deposit, with the balance payable on arrival.
Payment: Can be made by cheque (payable to Karen Chapple) BACS, or cash. Sorry we do not have the facilities to accept credit or debit cards.
Cancellation policy: We understand there are circumstances where you have to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we can try and re-let the room and give you your deposit back.
